Of all the festivals and concerts to go to for Milwaukee music fans this summer, one of the best may be at Chill on the Hill. Housed on Howell Avenue in Milwaukee's Bay View Neighborhood, Chill on the Hill is a fully outdoor concert series happening throughout the summer, featuring some of Milwaukee's best performers.
