Rhymesayers out of Minneapolis has been a Midwest hip-hop staple. From an amazing record label to running the great Fifth Element record store, Rhymesayers has put Minneapolis on the map. Then they got in the festival business with their annual Soundset festival, which is now one of the premiere hip-hop festivals, not only in the Midwest, but in the country. Today, they announced the lineup for the 2019 festival and it is a killer!
The festival is one of the few that celebrates old school and new school together. Headliners include Lil Wayne, SZA, Atmosphere, Black Star, and Run The Jewels. Other surprising artists include Best Coast, DJ Spinderella, and Chance The Rapper's brother Taylor Bennett.
