New Zealand native Lorde has just announced a long-awaited sophomore album, Melodrama. Four years after her debut, Pure Heroine, the first single was teased out in the form of projected installations in New Zealand and New York leading up to a video and single release today for the track "Green Light."
The pop track hits heavy and feels personal while showing the artist singing intensely into a mirror and dancing through a club and city streets. Keeping with the title, the scenes are bathed in green light. Directed by Los Angeles based Grant Singer, the break-up anthem looks the way it feels.
