Favorite place to take a visitor:
I like to take visitors to the Oriental Theater - the most magical place in Milwaukee. I also like to take them for a tiki drink at Foundation Bar in Riverwest. Especially in the winter, it's like going on a mini-vacation.

Best part of working at Radio Milwaukee:
Working with such an eclectic, fun group of people. I learn so much about music, culture, and this city from my talented co-workers!

How/Why did you get into radio:
My parents have always been big public radio supporters and taught us to be as well. NPR was always on at my house growing up. I can still smell the caramelized onions that signaled dinner prep whenever I hear the All Things Considered theme.
