For this episode, Izzy (Israel) Lugo III took a breather from his role as experiential marketing director for the Milwaukee Brewers and stepped into the studio as our guest host. On top of working for our local ballclub, he’s the creator of Strange on Purpose, a podcast featuring stories of professionals who shatter the glass ceilings of culture and inspire others to take action.
During Lugo’s time with us, he shared some of his own inspirations, the ins and outs of being a cultural consultant, and what he’s working on with the Brewers and as a freelance marketing leader in Milwaukee.
