This episode’s spotlight fell on “Delincuente,” the latest release from Puerto Rican brothers Diego and Carlos Andrés Estévez, better known as ZTVZ. The duo hailing from Mayagüez has steadily carved out a lane of their own with a self-described “Z-pop” sound that blends Latin pop, indie, electronic and retro.
