Held this year on February 7 at the Iron Horse Hotel, SoundBites is Radio Milwaukee’s signature fundraiser. At SoundBites, we cleverly pair innovative creations from local chefs with songs carefully selected by our talented DJs to bring out the right notes in each dish.
The evening featured 12 Milwaukee chefs, delicious “pop-tails” from Twisted Path and Pete’s Pops, a glorious Wisconsin cheese station, and international beer samplings. To round out the night, we ended with the sounds of one of our favorite Milwaukee bands, Nickel & Rose.
After eight years running, SoundBites continues to be one of our city's most unique and interactive events of the year. It is truly our love letter to Milwaukee; celebrating the city we call home as an up-and-coming culinary and music mecca.
