In March Milwaukee approved plans for a new, high-end hotel in downtown's Deer District. And today Madison-based developers North Central Group revealed the name of its nine-story, 205-room Marriot Autograph Hotel: It'll be called The Trade.
The name was announced at a press conference Wednesday morning in the Deer District with Mayor Tom Barrett and Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum President Peter Feigin.
The hotel will be built at 420 W. Juneau Ave., just north of Fiserv Forum on land leased from the Milwaukee Bucks.
