Take a look inside one of Milwaukee's oldest houses

If you think your house is old, it's probably not as old as this one.

Built in 1854, it is one of Milwaukee's earliest wooden frame houses, and it's located in Milwaukee's oldest neighborhoods -- Walker's Point.

The Howard House, named after the man who built it, was constructed in the Greek Revival style.  You can still see that influence from the outside, and inside, plenty of original details remain.

A beautiful claw-foot tub, custom two-tone wooden flooring, and original pocket doors are among the handcrafted features preserved for its next owner.

And that's good news, considering the home was recently listed for sale.

Click the player below for more about the family who built it, and join OnMilwaukee's Bobby Tanzilo for a tour inside.
