Good City Brewing's rapid expansion continues. Earlier this year the brewery, which opened on Farewell Avenue in 2016, opened a second production facility and tap room in Fiserv Forum's Entertainment Block, and now Good City will celebrate the opening of a new office and warehouse facility at Century City business park on Milwaukee's northwest side.
The brewery is the first tenant to commit to the city-backed development at the former A.O. Smith and Tower Automotive site at the 3945 N. 31st St. building, the Biz Times reports. And to celebrate, it's inviting the public to visit the new facility for a family-friendly festival on Saturday.
"The 30th Street Corridor and Good City Brewing are excited to host this year's Garden Homes Family Fest at the new Century City building!" Good City writes on its Facebook events page. "Join us for an afternoon of BBQ, music, family games, beer, tours of the warehouse, and a ribbon cutting ceremony."
There will also be a face painter and a bounce house, Good City writes. The event is free and runs from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday.
