VISIT WITH VERNON Contest Rules - Dane County
Contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years of age and older, residing in Dane county of Wisconsin.
Radio Milwaukee, Inc. employees, interns and board members, and their families, as well as employees and their families of other broadcast media and advertising agencies are not eligible to enter contests conducted by Radio Milwaukee, Inc.
No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter between the times indicated on the entry form of the giveaway.
Only one winner per household or immediate family per 30-day period is permitted.
Radio Milwaukee, Inc. will pass entrants data to Eaux Claires Festival to enable fulfillment of the prize.
All decisions of Eaux Claires Festival and Radio Milwaukee, Inc. with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners, and the interpretation of these rules are final. Each entrant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the entity as final.
All winners will be notified by Eaux Claires Festival. Radio Milwaukee, Inc. is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; lost or misdirected mail, faxes, or email; neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service; or email service disruption.
Winner will be notified by direct message and phone. Winner has 24 hours after notification to claim prize. Radio Milwaukee, Inc. is not under any obligation to make good prizes that may expire following the award date.
Winner agrees to submit a COVID-19 waiver within 24 hours of the prize acceptance. Winner agrees to temperature being taken at time of performance. Winner accepts the prize “as-is.” Winner cannot exchange the prize for cash or another prize of equal, greater, or lesser value. Radio Milwaukee, Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar value.
Eaux Claires Festival and Radio Milwaukee, Inc. reserves the right at any time to award prizes to another eligible winner drawn at random in the event that prizes, for any reason, cannot be utilized by the original winner, or in the event that the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements. If a winner fails to accept a prize for any reason, no make-good prize will be awarded, nor will there be replacements for the forfeited prize.
Winners accept responsibility for all taxes, tips and other liabilities. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. By entering, the winner agrees to furnish Radio Milwaukee, Inc. legal name, address, phone number, date of birth, and social security number upon being chosen the winner if needed for fulfillment and tax purposes.
By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Radio Milwaukee, Inc. including all officers, directors, employees, and sponsors from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting in participation in Radio Milwaukee, Inc. promotions.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner(s) grant Radio Milwaukee, Inc. and Eaux Claires Festival permission to use their names, characters, images, voices, and likenesses worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented in any and all marketing and promotional materials and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. Each winner’s name may be included in a publicly available winners list.
Radio Milwaukee, Inc. and Eaux Claires Festival will retain the entrant's personal data for a reasonable period of time to enable it to send that entrant any prize that they have won and to verify that these Official Rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes.
