"The Neighborhood Project" : Washington Heights Community Meeting

In a special report for the Neighborhood Project, producer Adam Carr recently went to a unique community meeting in Washington Heights. The Washington Park Partners, a neighborhood planning group, held the event which was encouraging residents to come up with the topics they would be discussing. Instead of following a pre-existing agenda, the people from Washington Heights decided what topics they would tackle. Here are a few of the problems and solutions that the residents of Washington Heights are working on.
