Listen: Growing Power recently held a huge conference to bring people together as part of what they call the Good Food Revolution.
Farmers, environmentalists, builders and chefs came to the State Fair Park grounds to learn skills to start an urban agriculture projects in their neighborhood. People came from all over the country--even internationally--to take part in numerous workshops and lectures from experts in agriculture, renewable energy and a lot more.

In between some samples from the friendly folks at Lakefront Brewery (who donate over 1 million pounds of organic material for compost) I got a chance to speak with Facility Manager Sarah Christman about why she loves growing good food.
