If you needed a modern day group to fit the classical definition of musical sirens, Warpaint would be that group. Their sound is hypnotic and powerful. This all women quartet out of Los Angeles have been receiving a lot of critical praise including being picked by Stereogum for their 40 best bands of 2010.
