Sound Travels this Sunday was a blast to make; all the Carnival-speaking nations' music in one mix. Although I didn't get everything I wanted in the mix, I did get it going good enough to entice more than a few folks down to the Nomad for the live set.
Matter of fact, it was packed the moment we stepped in and got some amazing performances from the guest DJ's, Kid Cut Up and Shawna and of course, Avets and myself rocked out as well. If you made it, thanks for making it festive. If not, there's always next week.
