What makes Milwaukee? Art and design...an art and design Jamboree.. Art Milwaukee coupled up with Flux Design to create their Art Jamboree at the Flux Design space in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood. These Art Jamborees take place each month, and are all about bringing the community to art, and art to the Milwaukee community.
I spoke with Liz Syrrakos, Project and Office Manager for Flux Design, as well as Jeremy Fojut, President of Art Milwaukee, about the idea for the Art Jamboree, the importance of art and design in Milwaukee, and HOW art makes Milwaukee.
