San Diego's Delta Spirit released a self-titled follow-up to their 2010 full length History From Below back in March. The band decided to release a free song for a download called "Tear It Up" via Rolling Stone. You can check out and download the song below. They will be announcing a fall tour very soon. Delta Spirit will also be releasing a split 12" record with Doc Watson as part of Daytrotter Presents Vinyl Series.
