Stream The New Album "Coexist" From The xx, Catch Them Live At The Pabst In October

The sophomore release has always been seen as the album to break or make an artist. I never really understood that, but that is what the critics tell me.  The term sophomore curse has been used quite a bit to describe when that 2nd album goes bad.  UK's The xx is about to experience the sophomore album hype. Critics will ask the questions:  Do they live up to the expectations?  Is it better than their debut release?  To be honest, I don't care anymore.  All I want to do it just listen to the album, without getting cerebral on the comparisons between their first album and their new album Coexist. Maybe it is the fact that I'm getting older.

Currently, The xx are streaming their entire album on their website, and you know what, I'm actually really digging it.  I'm not going to tell you all the details of the album because you can check it out for yourself, and if you want to let me know what you think, just write it in the comments section below.  Don't forget, The xx will be making their Milwaukee debut performance at The Pabst Theater on October 21.
