You know warm weather is just around the corner when the big music festivals start announcing their lineups. Today, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival announced their killer lineup, which looks pretty damn good. This year's festival runs from April 26 through May 5, 2013. Some of the headliners performing include The Black Keys, Billy Joel, Dave Matthews Band, Frank Ocean, Willy Nelson, Jimmy Cliff, Andrew Bird, Trombone Shorty, Charles Bradley, and more.
