The music documentary group known as Cream City Soundcheck returns for another season of fantastic films. Cream City Soundcheck is a unique musical documentary series created by students of UW-Milwaukee in collaboration with The Pabst Theaters Organization.
Cream City Soundcheck just released their first film of 2013. The film features Milwaukee's own Kane Place Record Club.
The band took on the 2012 Tomato Romp, sampling Bloody Mary's from the best East Side bars and battling in the tomato throwing fight. We documented it all, along with their high-energy, first ever performance at the Historic Turner Hall Ballroom.
Cream City Soundcheck will be releasing short documentaries on The Fatty Acids, R.A.S. Movement, Allen Stone, Blessed Feathers and Field Report later this year.
