In 2012, over 2 million people pledge over $300 million dollars to about 18,000 Kickstarter projects. Of those 18,000 succesfully funded projects, about 5,000 were for music projects. Now, Milwaukee's Paul Cebar is hoping to add to those numbers with his own Kickstarter project.
Cebar is using Kickstarter to raise money for his forthcoming album Find Rude Things. The album is being recorded in Milwaukee and features collaborations with Cesar Rosas of Los Lobs and Willy Porter to name a few.
