New music in the 11am hour from Mexico City electro rock band Dapuntobeat. Their newest album I/O, is set for August release on influential Latin alternative label Nacional Records. Dapuntobeat mixes elements of electronic, funk and rock into a sound reminiscent of another indie Latin synth pop group, Kinky.
