In the first hour, Aarone Jerome better known as SBTRKT put out one of Rhythm Lab Radio's favorite album of 2011. SBTRKT is back with a new album called Wonder Where We Land, which will released this fall. We featured the first single from that album featuring Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig. Plus, we also have new music from Banks, Dilated Peoples and the legendary Tony Allen.
In the second hour, the collaborative duo known as TNGHT, which consisting of producers Lunice and Hudson Mohawke, called it quits earlier this year. Earlier this week, Hudson Mohawke announce a new solo EP called Chimes, which will be due out this September. We will featured the title track from that EP. We also introduce you to a very talented 19 year old london-base Jazz/Soul singer by the name of Billie Black. Finally, we get our Drum and Bass on with a little mini-set of tracks from Shy FX, Om Unit, and Princess Nokia.
