This September, the Yellow Phone Music Conference returns for a third year (September 4 - 7). If you aren't familar with the conference, think of it as a smaller and more focused SXSW. In addition to a keynote by Butch Vig, and various panels, Yellow Phone will host a series of free music showcases in the city at various locations including two showcases at 88Nine's home in Walker's Point.
88Nine Radio Milwaukee will be hosting the showcases on September 5 and 6. The showcases will feature artists from Milwaukee, Oshkosh, and Chicago. Here is the line-up for both showcases:

10:05 PM - Greatest Lakes (Milwaukee, WI)
September 6
7:45 PM - Light Music (Milwaukee, WI)
8:55 PM - The Traveling Suitcase (Oshkosh, WI)
10:05 PM - Ace Reporter (Chicago, IL)
