Eating Disorder Awareness Week

 

Eating disorders affect 30 million Americans each year. The key to helping people is early detection, and that begins with education and awareness.

 

The National Eating Disorders Association spreads the message of recovery and hope during it's annual week of awareness, Feb. 22nd through Feb. 28th. The theme this year is "I Had No Idea...",  bringing the truths' of anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorder to the forefront, helping clear up misconceptions of the disease.
