This week’s song comes from an artist, who is part of a new breed of London singers and songwriters that are redefining what soul and R&B music can be. Her name is Denai More and she follows in the footsteps of Lianne La Havas, FKA Twigs, and Laura Mvula but with her own unique style. Mostly known for her recent collaboration on SBTRKT’s latest album, Jamaican-born, UK-raised, Denai Moore creates songs of love and lost with experience and confidence of somebody, who is in their 40s not their early 20’s.
