Join APERI for our holiday concert as we explore the mysteries of the Christmas story alongside the mysteries of the human experience. The program features beloved early music Christmas masterpieces by Byrd and Tallis, paired with the contemplative modern works of Tavener and Van Ness.

Under the direction of Dr. Paul Thompson, the professional vocal early music ensemble APERI has quickly drawn the attention of early music enthusiasts and organizations across the United States. From its founding in 2017 by performer-scholar Daniel Koplitz (dir. 2017–21), APERI has been praised for its ensemble precision, full-throated vocals, emotional expressivity, and innovative programming.

Doors open a half an hour before concert start time. Free parking is available at Lincoln Center of the Arts.
