The Best Way to Start Your Saturday. The Tosa Farmers Market is a local not-for-profit organization that carefully curates the best, freshest foods in the region, but it’s more than that. It’s a community hub for foodies, cyclists, coffee-lovers, music fans, yogis, kids — and all their neighbors.
For over 10 years, we've been supporting local farmers, food producers and artisans, & creating a more sustainable community. Every week, the market is home to about 45 farmers and food producers, selling a first-class mix of produce, plants, cut flowers, bread and baked goods, award-winning cheese, coffee, waffles, popsicles, fish, meat and poultry, and prepared breakfast and dinner items. The first Saturday of each month, we also add a Makers Market, featuring a juried selection of local artisans selling handmade arts and crafts.

The Pfister’s Etiquette Tea is presented in partnership with The Etiquette School of Chicago and features their Everyday Etiquette and Manners program designed for children ages 7–12. This engaging session introduces young guests to the fundamentals of making a good first impression, polite introductions, thoughtful conversation, table manners, and courteous behavior, both at home and at school.
The experience is complemented by a brief tea presentation from The Pfister team, followed by a curated selection of sweet and savory treats. Lemonade and hot chocolate are also offered to ensure every guest feels at ease.
The Etiquette School of Chicago is dedicated to making modern manners accessible, relevant, and enjoyable. Their interactive teaching style highlights the value of etiquette in everyday life, and their instructors hold credentials from The American School of Protocol, The Emily Post Institute, and The Etiquette Institute.
To encourage confidence and open participation, parents do not attend the class, allowing children the opportunity to ask questions, engage fully, and develop poise in a supportive, independent setting.
