Back by popular demand! Our Breakfast with Santa is a holiday experience that creates lifelong memories. Start a new tradition or continue one with a jolly breakfast collection with Santa and his elves in The Pfister's newly-renovated Grand Ballroom. We will have chefs griddling up pancakes with all the fixings, along with everyone's traditional breakfast favorites. Every child will receive a special gift, can write a letter to Santa, and can make crafts during their experience! Complimentary professional family photos with Santa will also be available.

Reserve your spot for a wonderful winter's evening! Your reservation includes an exclusive meal with a special menu curated by our Executive Chef, Erik Hansen, in The Dark Room at Saint Kate. In addition to your meal, your reservation also includes a ticket to the December 11th performance of A Christmas Carol at 7pm next door at the Pabst Theater, with seats located in the center orchestra section on the main floor. During the course of one memorable Christmas Eve, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future help Ebenezer Scrooge discover that it is never too late to change his miserly ways. Milwaukee Rep favorite, Matt Daniels, returns to play Scrooge as enchanting music, dance, costumes, scenery and special effects will once again fill the theater to tell this timeless tale of love, hope, and redemption.

The Tosa Farmers Market is a local not-for-profit organization that carefully curates the best, freshest foods in the region, but it’s more than that. It’s a community hub for foodies, cyclists, coffee-lovers, music fans, yogis, kids — and all their neighbors.

For over 10 years, we've been supporting local farmers, food producers and artisans, & creating a more sustainable community. Every week, the market is home to about 45 farmers and food producers, selling a first-class mix of produce, plants, cut flowers, bread and baked goods, award-winning cheese, coffee, waffles, popsicles, fish, meat and poultry, and prepared breakfast and dinner items. The first Saturday of each month, we also add a Makers Market, featuring a juried selection of local artisans selling handmade arts and crafts.

Start a new holiday tradition at Saint Kate's Brunch with Santa and create lifelong memories! Guests will have the opportunity to experience a plentiful brunch in Saint Kate's festive ballroom and visit with the jolly man himself. We will have chefs in the ballroom griddling up waffles with all the trimmings, along with traditional buffet favorites.

In addition to photos with Santa, which are highly encouraged, every child will receive a special gift and will be able to make crafts while composing a handwritten letter to Santa.
