George Clinton turns 75 today and that’s reason for celebration. The funk legend began as a staff writer for Motown Records and then gained acclaim and fame with Parliament/Funkadelic, with whom he was enshrined in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We get a cover from the also-legendary Mavis Staples.
