Milwaukee may not lack for outdoor music during the summer months, but they dry up almost as soon as autumn rolls around, as if prematurely preparing for frigid weather weeks before it arrives. So it's always nice to see a festival like Boone & Crockett's just-announced Flannel Fest take a chance on fall weather.
The festival will feature food and music in the riverside parking lot of Boone & Crockett. In addition to offerings from Hacienda Beer Co., Foxfire, Taco Moto, Bad English, Maya Ophelia's and Snack Boys, according to the event's Facebook page, there will be headliners including Polica, Har Mar Superstar and REYNA.
