Lineup announced for the 2nd annual Nightmare on Center Street

Nightmare on Center Street

Halloween is huge in Milwaukee and Riverwest is taking the spooky holiday to the next level.  On Oct. 29, the 2nd annual Nightmare on Center Street will take place at a variety of venues.  You can catch performances at venues like Jazz Gallery, Company Brewing, High-Dive, and Club Timbuktu.  Tickets will be available for individual shows or you can purchase wristband for $15.

7 - 8:30 pm: “Dinner and A Movie,” featuring the 1915 silent classic "Alice and Wonderland” screened with a live soundtrack performed by the DIY Chamber Music Presents. Composers Joshua Backes, Erik Johnson, Paul Westfahl and Riles Walsh guide you through Alice's strange journey. Musician/Raconteur Christopher DeAngelo Gilbertsto will be hosting a costume contest awarding $300 to the First Prize winner and smaller second and third place prizes. There will also be face painting, photo booths, bonfires with warm alcoholic beverages served on the patio, and a special Halloween raffle with the purchase of the wristband. Due to its popularity last year, Chef Rosalin Rodriguez will be creating a special Late Night food menu.
