Milwaukee bands the Rusty Pelicans and Tigernite will rock out this Saturday to help celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hi Hat on Brady Street. The East Side lounge will throw a block party that also includes local DJ’s WhyB, E-Rich and Kiki Champ…with a special performance from Girls Rock alumni Negative/Positive.

A live tribute concert to Leonard Cohen hosted back in January will be released digitally and on vinyl this fall. “Sincerely L Cohen: A Live Celebration of Leonard Cohen” features performances from members of Sonic Youth, Patti Smith Group and Okkervil River. Only 500 limited edition packages will be available, with all proceeds benefitting the Preemptive Love Coalition, a non-profit assisting children and families affected by terrorism.
