Since reuniting in 2019, The Black Crowes have made Milwaukee a regular stop, popping by Summerfest each of the last two years. They’ll make it three in a row after announcing an Oct. 28 date at the Miller High Life Theatre.

The rock legends were already tapped to join Aerosmith on their farewell tour, with both bands criss-crossing the country starting Sept. 2 in Philadelphia and wrapping up Jan. 26 in Montreal. The Crowes found a couple gaps in that schedule, including one that will take them to Milwaukee between Aerosmith shows Oct. 26 in St. Louis and Oct. 29 in Indianapolis.

The last time the Robinson brothers and their merry band came to town, they took to the Generac stage at Summerfest in 2022 and delivered a hit-laden set typical of their recent live efforts. Patrick Carroll of Breaking & Entering encapsulated the show nicely, saying, “It hit on every note, without missing a beat or losing the energy that I feel that The Black Crowes have mastered over their years of touring.”

They’ll bring that mastery to the Miller High Life Theatre on Oct. 28, with tickets ranging from $55 to $89. You can get yours when they go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday, July 28, online and at the Pabst/Riverside box offices.
