Willie Nelson will bring the family to BMO Pavilion this May

FPC Live

Willie Nelson celebrated his 90th birthday in 2023 by … doing everything. Well, he didn’t play a show in Milwaukee, but the Red-Headed Stranger will make that right this year when he makes a stop at the BMO Pavilion on May 18 along with his family band.

By the time that show comes around, Nelson will have turned 91, and he doesn’t show too many signs of slowing down. Last year, he turned his birthday into a two-night concert and subsequent feature film, both titled Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90. He also debuted a five-part documentary series, Willie Nelson & Family, two new albums (I Don’t Know a Thing About Love and Bluegrass) and the book Energy Follows Thought.

To cap off a banner 2023, Nelson was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in November — one of several he now finds himself a member of, including the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Tickets for the living legend’s show at BMO Pavilion will be available starting with an artist presale this Wednesday, Jan. 17, followed by a general sale Friday, Jan. 19. You can find information on all ticket-buying opportunities at Ticketmaster.
