Weeks after announcing that Justin Bieber would headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Summerfest's opening night, the festival has announced another pop act will headline the venue. Halsey will headline on July 3, the venue announced, joined by openers CHVRCHES and Omar Apollo.
Tickets for the singer's Manic World Tour go on sale Friday, Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. Fans who want to get them early, though, can do so either through an artist presale that begins tomorrow.
