Black Arts Fest MKE will be back this summer on Saturday, August 3 at the Summerfest grounds from noon to midnight. And Sisters with Voices (SWV) will be headlining.

The successful first run brought Bobby Rush, Tony! Toni! Toné and MC Lyte to Milwaukee. Now, the festival has announced its first 2019 headliners: SWV.
