The Sound Travels Mixtape this weekend was a fuzzy, funky few rounds of mostly vintage Turkish rare grooves. The notable exceptions to the rule of older songs was new material from French producer Debruit, whose Debruit & Istabul release from 2016 offers newer material with an electronic feel in a way that seams up nicely with grooves from Turkish legends.
