Another Summerfest 2019 stage lineup was announced this morning -- and it's our stage!
The lineup for the Johnson Controls World Sound Stage with 88Nine Radio Milwaukee reflects the diversity of music we play on-air and even includes some artists we've welcomed to our Walker's Point home for Studio Milwaukee Sessions.
Check out the lineup of headliners below.
On opening night, Otis Taylor and the Pscyhedelic Banjo Possee will kick off the night at 8PM and Elvin Bishop's Big Fun Trio will headline.
Thursday, June 27, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony will kick it on Johnson Controls at 10PM.
Friday night Atlanta's anti-pop star tiLLie (if you haven't heard of her, check out Consequence of Sound's 2018 interview with her) will open for Milwaukee's own GGOOLLDD.
Saturday, June 29, Cory Wong will headline and Los Lonely Boys will close out the weekend on Sunday, June 30.
Back in action on Tuesday, July 2, we're really excited to have Black Pumas back in Milwaukee opening for The Allman Betts Band.
Wednesday, July 3, SOJA headlines and Robert Randolph & The Family Band take the stage to close out Thursday, July 4.
On Friday, July 5, Oxymorons will open for 88Nine classic, Matisyahu.
Dumpstaphunk headlines July 6 and July 7 is (in our opinion) excitedly TBA -- stay tuned for that last day announce!
