Some of the more than 2,000 attendees who rolled through the SAUCED holiday market at Pilot Project last November.

Last year, SAUCED Night Market expanded its footprint beyond Chicago and pulled in Milwaukee shoppers/food lovers with two events: a summer market at The Cooperage and a holiday edition at Pilot Project Brewing. Things went so well that the organization has committed to a year-round schedule that kicks off with a spring night market May 3-4 at Pilot Project.

From 5 to 10 p.m. each night, visitors will be able to roam around Pilot Project’s expansive footprint in the Brewery Neighborhood just up the hill from Fiserv Forum and pick from a packed lineup of vendors. SAUCED expects more than 40 on hand for the spring event, including:

That is very clearly not a list of 40 vendors, which makes sense considering the full lineup hasn’t been announced quite yet. But it does give you a good idea of what to expect, and of course Pilot Project will also have its extensive complement of beverages available for your enjoyment throughout the night.

The spring night market is a free event, but the organizers ask that you RSVP in advance via the event page. And if you can’t make this one, SAUCED will be back with a summer edition July 19-20 at The Cooperage, a fall market Oct. 5 at 3rd Street Market Hall and a Very Merry Night Market on Dec. 6-7 once again at Pilot Project.
