The chef behind Red Light Ramen will open a burger and hot dog joint at Fiserv Forum

It is almost time for another season of Milwaukee Bucks basketball. Preseason kicked off earlier this week and the regular-season home opener will take place on Oct. 26 against the Miami Heat. If you attend the game, there will be another option for food at Fiserv Forum courtesy of Chef Justin Carlisle from Ardent and Red Light Ramen.

Carlisle announced on Facebook that he has partnered with the Bucks and Levy Restaurants to open a spot that will serve burgers and hot dogs, but not your typical fare that you would normally find in a basketball stadium.

First off, the beef for the burgers comes from Carlisle's family farm. He will offer two types of burgers. The Ardent Burger will be a butter burger topped with cold-pack horseradish cheese sauce, iceberg lettuce and pickle slices. He will also offer a French Onion Burger topped with cold-pack horseradish cheese sauce and caramelized onions. There will also be a Tiger Dog which is a 12-inch hot dog topped with tiger sauce, haystack onions and Gehl's cheese sauce.

Other items Carlisle will serve include tater tots with Nueske's bacon, truffle nacho cheese, scallions, and Brady Street dust; and Salt & Pepper wings.

The burger and hot dog and joint is currently doing runs during the preseason and it is located on the new Jockey Club level.
