The Great Milwaukee Project
Crafty Cow, which will share the Bumstead Provision storefront in Bay View, will host a burger pop-up on March 31 from 10 pm to midnight. There will be four burgers that were created in collaboration with local businesses and part of the proceeds will benefit select non-profits. The pop-up is part of an initiative called The Great Milwaukee Project.
Started by the owners of Crafty Cow and Bumstead Provisions, The Great Milwaukee Project will be a vehicle to bring businesses together through collaboration and philanthropy. Currently, there are 21 Milwaukee businesses involved with the initiative. The burger pop-up is the first phase of the project.
