Iron Chef MKE
Iron Chef will soon return to Food Network with new episodes, but you can get a taste of the unique culinary competition here in Milwaukee with Iron Chef MKE. The inaugural Iron Chef MKE will take place on June 18 at Discovery World. The event will benefit Happy Endings No Kill Cat Shelter. The organizers are currently looking for chefs to compete in the event. You can fin more information here.
The Great Milwaukee Project
Crafty Cow, which will share the Bumstead Provision storefront in Bay View, will host a burger pop-up on March 31 from 10 pm to midnight. There will be four burgers that were created in collaboration with local businesses and part of the proceeds will benefit select non-profits. The pop-up is part of an initiative called The Great Milwaukee Project.
Started by the owners of Crafty Cow and Bumstead Provisions, The Great Milwaukee Project will be a vehicle to bring businesses together through collaboration and philanthropy. Currently, there are 21 Milwaukee businesses involved with the initiative. The burger pop-up is the first phase of the project.
Chef Paz All-You-Can-Eat Buffet
The Peruvian restaurant, Chef Paz will host an all-you-can-eat buffet on April 2 from 11 am to 4 pm. The buffet will cost $13.99.
Miller Park's New Food and Beverage Program
Just in time for the Brewers' opening day, Miller Park will introduce a new food and beverage program, which will include a Local Brews bar.
