Palomino Peach Social
On Saturday, June 24, Tree-Ripe Citrus Co. joins forces with Palomino for their annual Peach Social. From 4 pm to 8 pm, you can enjoy fresh Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm, peach cocktails from Palomino, peach pies and ice cream from Honey Pie. There will also be Carolina-style BBQ from Bay View's Glen Radford and his smoker. There will also bags of peaches for sale to take home.
Braise's annual Garlic Fest
On Sunday, June 25, Braise will host its annual Garlic Fest. You can sample various garlic dishes from various restaurants.
Participating restaurants include: 225 South - Mia Famiglia, Beatrix Foods, Braise, Black Sheep MKE, Cafe India Bar & Grill, Clock Shadow Creamery, Indulgence Chocolatiers, Iron Grate Bbq Co., Likkle Jamayka, Meraki, Morel, The Phoenix Cocktail Club, Purple Door Ice Cream, Smyth, Tenuta's Italian - Bay View, and Transfer Pizzeria Café.
There are drinks from Milwaukee Brewing Company, Rishi Tea, Arts @ Large-Cafe, a signature cocktail featuring Bittercube, and you don't want to miss the Braise Green Garlic Bloody Marys!
East Side Pilates will be holding a yoga and pilates class open to the public beginning at noon! Come try your hand and learn some more about their studio! Plus there will be live music from Andii and The Tritontics.

The event will take place between Mineral and Scott Street on South 2nd street outside of Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point Neighborhood.
King Crab Shack coming to Brady Street

Farm Dinners at Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin
This summer, the Taliesin Preservation will host a series of farm dinners.
Each event includes a four-course farm-to-table dinner with local beer and wine in a relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking environment. Dinner will be sourced from local producers and will feature farm-fresh seasonal vegetables from the Taliesin Farm. Taliesin Preservation will host three farm dinners in 2017, each dinner featuring the produce and harvest of the season.
Taliesin is a working farm and events will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Each event will take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, the dinner portion will take place indoors. You can check out the schedule and get tickets here.
