Whether it's because of the front door service or the naughty thrill of drinking a beer on a school bus, Milwaukee loves a good shuttle ride.

For many, it's the preferred route to Summerfest and to sporting events in Milwaukee.

We asked a driver with years of experience to share his party playlist and tell us what a day in the shuttle life is like. And, we put together a guide to getting around the city via shuttle. Listen and read more below.

Not only is the Summerfest shuttle a better alternative to driving to the grounds, it’s also a fun way to get amped up for your favorite bands! The shuttles provide drinks, music and cheerful energy shared among fellow fest lovers. Shuttle locations extend as far as Wauwatosa and as close as the East Side, Walker’s Point, Bay View and downtown Milwaukee – and they're free!
