This morning's 7 o clock sample is a continuation of my love affair with jazz. Tuesday's Bob James track got me looking through the stacks for some more jazzy delights. I came across this little number while going through some of my favs...This song originally appeared on the Soild State records release Joe Williams and the Thad Jones & MEl Lewis Jazz Orchestra. They Just don't make em like this any more!Years later this track was used by Jamie Cullum and super-producer Dan the Automator for the track "Get Your Way".
