I just found out that The Decemberists is giving away a track from their forthcoming album "The King Is Dead" from OnMilwaukee's Bobby Tanzilo via twitter ( @BobbyOnMKEcom ). The name of the track is called "Down By The Water" and it reminds me a little of early R.E.M. Come to find out, that some of the guitar work on the album was done by R.E.M's Peter Buck. Their album is due out on January 18 on Captiol Records. All you need to do to get the track is share your email with the band.
