Today, Cee-Lo dropped his latest video for "Cry Baby" from his amazing album "Lady Killer." This time Cee-Lo is played by Jaleel White, who is better known as the country's most lovable nerd, "Urkel." The video kind reminds me of a missing scene from "Hairspray."
