Just when I thought my anticipation for the new Flying Lotus album couldn't get more palpable, he drops what has to be one of the freshest videos I've seen in a while. The video is for the track "Putty Boy Strut" and if you know the music of FlyLo it is pretty abstract. As is the music, evocative and jazzy in an off-kilter psychedelic stutter-step of thumpy bass-lines over samples that dip with a dap that sounds almost live. Though the next release, Until The Quiet Comes, drops October 2 on Warp., you can get a taste of FlyLo's inimitable steez in this killer video.
