Better eating through theater?

Performers at  Milwaukee Public Theater just wrapped up a production encouraging audiences to eat healthier.

Out To Lunch is an original variety show that has been touring Milwaukee this summer, educating people of all ages about making better food choices.  Players engage with audience members, challenging them to guess how many calories are in common snack foods and lead them in song.

The vaudeville production was written by Neil Haven, with plenty of physical theatre directed by Bo Johnson. The show celebrates and entertains with humorous vignettes, original live music, and puppet action, according to a release.
