Extraordinary folk singer/songwriter Peter Mulvey is making a special appearance this afternoon for 414 Music but it gets better as he will be having his new album “Silver Ladder” release party later tonight.
A dream, beautiful words, and talent (also a very successful Kickstarter campaign) is what made “Silver Ladder” possible. The album featuring all original songs from Peter is a work of art. The power that people believed in his music made that connection through the album. Along with Mulvey’s sweet and delicate voice consigning with an edgy rock feel is what makes up “Silver Ladder.”
A man and his guitar can go a long way and Mulvey has proven this since he has been creating music for over 20 years. From teaching classes, recording an album live in Ireland, and making it a full-time job as a Subway performer in Boston Mulvey has done it all but not enough yet since we keep craving for more.
Milwaukee is happy to have him back for a special night. What could possibly make it even better? The fact he is joined by local indie pop duo Vic and Gab. Now that’s a night full of incredible talent.
